Last updated: March 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Juridion AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Juridion AI is an AI-powered legal drafting assistant that helps attorneys create legal documents including motions, oppositions, replies, complaints, declarations, jury instructions, and interoffice memoranda. The Service includes:
- AI-powered document drafting using Anthropic's Claude
- Table of Contents / Table of Authorities (TOC/TOA) generation
- PII detection and sanitization
- Support for California, New Mexico, and Federal court jurisdictions
- 60+ document templates across multiple categories
3. Professional Responsibility
IMPORTANT:
- This Service is a drafting tool, not a substitute for professional legal judgment
- All AI-generated content must be reviewed, verified, and edited by a licensed attorney
- Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all citations, legal arguments, and factual statements
- The attorney signing any document remains fully responsible for its contents
- AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated legal information
- Jury instructions require careful verification of instruction numbers, elements, and applicability
- TOC/TOA citations should be verified for accuracy before filing
4. AI Disclosure Requirements
Various courts and jurisdictions may require disclosure of AI assistance in legal filings. Users are responsible for:
- Understanding applicable AI disclosure requirements in their jurisdiction
- Adding appropriate disclosures to filings when required
- Complying with all local court rules regarding AI-assisted drafting
5. Pricing
5.1 Credit System (Solo Users)
Solo practitioners use a credit-based system for document generation:
- Drafting Credits: Used for generating motions, complaints, declarations, jury instructions, and other legal documents
- TOC/TOA Credits: Used for Table of Contents / Table of Authorities generation (separate from Drafting Credits)
- Credits are deducted before processing begins
- Credit costs vary based on document complexity and page count
- You can preview estimated credit costs before starting
5.2 Firm Subscription
Law firms are required to maintain an active subscription ($499.99/month) for their attorneys to use the Service. Draft credits are still consumed per draft and purchased separately. All new firms receive a 14-day free trial with 1 free drafting credit. If the firm does not subscribe before the trial ends, drafting access is paused until a subscription is activated. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.3 Credit Policies
- Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable once purchased; firm subscriptions are non-refundable on a partial-month basis
- No Expiration: Credits do not expire while your account is active
- Account-Bound: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
- Processing Failures: If processing fails due to a system error (not user error), credits will be refunded to your account
6. File Upload Terms
When uploading documents to the Service:
- Maximum file size: 50 MB per file
- Maximum total upload: 200 MB per session
- Maximum files per category: 20 files each for Pleadings, Facts, and Research
- Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, TXT, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF

- Malformed or potentially malicious files will be rejected
7. Jurisdiction Limitations
The Service currently supports the following jurisdictions:
- California State Courts: Superior Courts with California Style Manual citations and pleading paper format
- New Mexico Courts: District, Metropolitan, Magistrate, Municipal, and Children's Courts with Bluebook citations
- Federal Courts: All U.S. District Courts (94 districts) and Courts of Appeals (13 circuits)
Important: Local court rules may require adjustments to generated documents. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with specific court requirements.
8. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality protections for client information
- Not upload documents containing information that could harm third parties if disclosed
- Review all AI-generated content before filing or sharing
- Verify all legal citations and factual statements
- Comply with applicable bar association ethics rules
9. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents and the final work product they create. The AI-generated drafts are provided as suggestions that become part of your work product upon your review and modification.
10. Draft History Feature
The Service includes an optional Draft History feature that saves your generated motion packets for later access. Key points:
- Draft History saves only the generated output (JSON export data), NOT your uploaded documents
- Your uploaded documents (PDFs, Word files) are deleted immediately after processing
- You can disable Draft History at any time in Account Settings
- When disabled, generated drafts are not saved and cannot be retrieved after you leave the page
- Saved drafts remain in your account until you manually delete them or delete your account
11. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Legal malpractice arising from use of AI-generated content
- Sanctions or adverse rulings resulting from AI-assisted filings
- Loss of data or business interruption
